Canada (i/ˈkænədə/) is a North American Country comprising of ten provinces and three territories. Located in the to the north part of the countries, it expands from the Atlantic to the Pacific and northward into the Arctic Ocean. Canada is the world's second-largest homeland by total locality, and its widespread boundary with the United States is the world's longest land boundary.

Canada is a government state ruled as a parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy, with Queen Elizabeth II as its head of state. Canada's advanced economy is one of the largest in the world, relying chiefly upon its abundant natural assets and well-developed trade systems, especially with the United States, with which it has had a long and complex relationship.

In 1801, under a new proceed of Union, this kingdom merged with the Kingdom of Ireland to conceive the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. After the Irish conflict of Independence (1919–1921) most of Ireland seceded from the amalgamation, which then became known as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and to the north Ireland.
The variety of fauna and flora on the island is restricted in evaluation to continental Europe. This is due to the dimensions of Great Britain and the fact that wildlife has had little time to develop since the last glacial period.
